JURISDICTION

The Site is administered by the Company from its offices in Canada. The Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be submitted to and be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec. You submit and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec to finally adjudicate or determine any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with the Site.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

In January 2004, the new federal law on privacy called the "Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act " (PIPEDA) came into effect. It is our obligation to collect this information and we must decline to accept or administer an account in respect of which an individual does not consent to such intended collection, use or disclose of personal information to SROs and the use and disclosure of that information by SROs. We do not sell, share or provide any of your personal information to any third parties.
